Dyfi Rivers Trust is a non-for-profit subscribing company limited by guarantee with charitable aims.

It was established by landowners and leading members of Welsh society and works with partnership organisations such as the New Dovey Fishery Association (1929), the Dyfi Wildlife Trust and community group Partneriaeth Pennal. Together we can make a real difference over the longer-term as we own the freehold of the river and the lands surrounding its main course and tributaries.

Our evidence-based actions will ensure reduced barriers to fish movement and better resilience to climate change. Our scientific and technological approaches will ensure that we better understand the hydrology and geomorphology of the area.

We aim to take a joint approach through membership of the Dyfi Catchment Group which works with environmental, wildlife and forestry teams of Natural Resources Wales.
